DAY THREE 🤙🏽 OHANA STRONG 🏊🏼‍♀️ hopped back in the water for our third and final day to work on our mental strength and moving through levels of panic.

Huge thanks to @ddooonnnn who was such a great instructor and handled all of us incredibly well! None of it was easy, and all of these people surrounding me deserve the highest praise for pushing through to the very end. •
@da_rulk puts on an amazing training certification and continually shows us what it’s like to really have to push our bodies and minds to the very edge. By trusting his process and diving head first into whatever he throws our way we have become equipped with tools to be able to help train first responders and elite task forces.

DAY TWO DONE 🔥 Words cannot describe how much I love this family. Got to go through the day with a modified CPAT/RFT progression with the Ohana. Fought and fell, got back up and finished. I loved every second of it. This feeling will never get old. So honored 🤙🏽

W H A T A D A Y 🤙🏽 day one of our RFT Level 2 Cert in the books. So proud to call these people my family. Seriously such a strong group of individuals- mentally, physically, and all around just positive people. Their spirit and tenacity push me past my limits every single time I step on that beach.
